MY PROFILE

Creating a life I love is always the foundation to all I am doing. In my profession as Coach and Workshop leader as much for my clients as also for myself. It is my goal as a wife of many years to my husband, as well as a mother to my 2 children who are adults now themselves. Art allows me to get into a state of flow, where I can express my emotions and ideas with color, rhythm and composition.

As you can see, my personal values, my professional background as coach as well as my art are very connected. 20 years ago I had my first adult connection to creating art and loved it from the start. Now as I give more space for this self-expression I am amazed about how much I keep learning about myself and about life through this process. Being creative allows me to explore the unknown as I create something that did not exist before and it challenges me and frustrates me, but it also asks me to keep an open mind and be surprised at what can happen if i don't try but simply act freely. I find new aspects about myself and I see others or the world with new and open eyes. The judgement subsides and makes space for boldness, curiosity and exploration. I can easily get lost in art, spend time in blissful flow and find so much more than just a new picture.
